The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team of recruiters and ensuring the successful delivery of resumes to clients in line with their requirements. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure their success and professional development. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze job requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their expectations and preferences. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Oversee the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to identify top talent that matches client needs. Resume Delivery: Ensure the timely and effective delivery of resumes to clients, adhering to their specifications and quality standards. Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance against key metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for optimization. Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention. Business Development : Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, leveraging existing client relationships and exploring new avenues for revenue generation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in a similar role within the recruitment industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and candidates. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
