We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team at REGALOS, a leading corporate gifting company. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and acquire new clients using innovative strategies. You will have to create effective sales materials and campaigns, build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to promote sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently demonstrating strong performance.
  • Continuously analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition, ideally in the corporate gifting industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliver tangible results.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to generate sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
