Sales Professional Job Description :Department : Spares & Services Reporting to: SGM Reportees : NAAge : 25 to 32 YrsQualification : BE MechanicalGender Preference : Male / FemaleExperience : 4 - 6 years' work experience in Manufacturing sector, Project based IndustryPosition Summary : To attend the kick off meeting with the marketing dept. and gets a copy of the MOM or other project details / documents prior to making the execution schedule.Responsibility :- Interacting with end client decision makers(sr. mgmt/owners) independently. - Independently participating in trade fairs/exhibitions/conferences. - Good Articulation skills of Growel value proposition and client requirements. - Typical end clientele for Growel would be from automobiles/automobile ancillaries, steel, hardware/fastners, architectural and sanitary fittings, aerospace-preferred candidate to have experience dealing in at least couple/majority of these industrial client segments. - Track record of achieving/exceeding yearly sales targets. - Gathering market intelligence on key market developments/competition and reporting periodically to head office. - Ability to travel(regional/domestic) 50% of the times. - Ability to interface between client requirements and internal stake holders. - Must have handled yearly sales quota of min INR 15-20 Crores - Direct sales experience preferred(Would not prefer sales via distributors/channel partners) - Experience in verticals such as Industrial, Engineering, Chemicals, Healthcare, Automotive, Industry, etc. - Excellent communications problem solving skills, along with team building capabilitiesIndustry :- Engineering works in disciplines that include mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, Hazardous and environmental engineering, among others.Key Skills :- Grauer & Weil (India) Ltd. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work under pressure along with team / individual - Highly creative and driven to problem solve - Have a willingness to travel and keep a flexible schedule (work on a production schedule) - Basic knowledge of manufacturing conditions, job functions, and regulations. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Desire to continue development of technical skills and industry knowledge (ref:updazz.com)
