Role: Retail Business Head Build & Lead the offline Modern Trade Business for Nat Habit

Responsibilities

· Build the strategy to manage & drive primary sales for Modern Trade PAN India · Create an efficient distribution network for sales · Own the complete P&L of Modern Trade business and drive profit targets through successful leadership, organizational plans and execution of all field operations. · Build and lead a high performing sales team · Leverage market data, statistics and trends to initiate new business plans and revenue streams and oversee their execution

Qualification · MBA with experience of 8+years · Should have led sales for FMCG brands · Strong analytical skills · Strong leadership skill · Thorough and organized · Start-up enthusiast
