The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end FSL enterprise-level projects and possess deep expertise in FSL Data Model, Dispatcher Console, Scheduling Policies, Mobile App Configuration, and related components. Requirements Lead the design, development, and implementation of FSL solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Configure and customize FSL components, including but not limited to Field Service Processes, Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, and Service Territories. Develop custom functionality using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to extend the capabilities of FSL. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations. Proven experience in delivering at least 2 end-to-end FSL enterprise-level projects from requirements gathering to deployment and support. In-depth understanding of FSL Data Model, Dispatcher Console, Scheduling Policies, Mobile App Configuration, and related functionalities. Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
