• Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy for regional and/or international markets.
• Adept at team management and relationship building resulting in achieving the revenue target annually.
• Should have inroads into major clients with an established track record.
• Client-first approach.
• Should demonstrate strong leadership skills and team handling skills. Also, should be able to attract, develop and retain high-performing team members.
• Knowledge of IT Services (especially Virtualization Domain and information security) and the ability to articulate the business value of those services.
• Establish and expand the Accops brand throughout the partner community.
• Generate business opportunities to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth.
• Should be able to develop and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline on CRM.
• Ability to present sales proposals and uncover/resolve any concerns or objections.
• Contribute to Group strategies.
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize customer profiles and information.
• Should demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of emerging technologies.

Good to have:

• An enterprise level sales experience in a similar domain.
