QA Automation Engineer (3-7 Yrs)
As a QA automation Engineer you will develop automated testing scripts, execute tests to verify software functionality and performance, maintain scripts to accommodate changes, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with teams, and document procedures and results to ensure software quality throughout development cycles.

As a QA Automation Engineer , you will:
- Design, create and maintain test automation framework that will be used as the guidelines in creating automated test scripts.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Research, recommend, and implement tools as needed with the goal to increase automation
- Execute automated tests to address test areas such as software functional testing, regression testing, and smoke testing before production deployment.
- Evaluate the functional and non-functional requirements for testability and the test cases for automation.
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Team members to clarify requirements and define test cases.
- Write documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures, and test cases.
- Analyze the test results, report and fix script issues, and report and create application bugs.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Set-Up Continuous integration.
- Review test scripts developed by other team members.
- Coach existing Team members on test automation techniques.
- Participate in continuous improvement of Software QA processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Minimum 3 years experience in programming and test design experience including Java.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end web technologies.
- Good understanding and knowledge of automation testing principles and all the methodologies in software testing
- Expertise and hands-on experience in the following tools
- Automation Testing Tools
- Selenium
- Serenity
- Cucumber
- TestNG
- Playwright
- Continuous Integration - Jenkins
- Source Control Management Tool i.e. Git
- API Testing Tools
- Defect Tracking Tools
- SQL Clients
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies.
- An advocate of Quality Assurance, Agility, Continuous Improvement, and industry-recognized best practices.
- Team player.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
