Job Purpose


Responsible for providing thoughtful, thorough and robust strategy for all digital touch-points (Web, Mobile, Search, Social, Display, and Video) and then executing those recommendations expertly.

You will be a part of this team with a specific focus on Content creation and conceptualizing & executing content strategies for the brand’s digital efforts, supporting the team to build effective and efficient communication and messaging streams. You have keen attention to language and brand guidelines when it comes to developing inspirational and effective communication and have a good grip on the overall social and digital ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create and manage an industry leading practice for digital and social media content
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital and social media and content strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and drive growth
  • Comms plannings for all digital & social campaigns initiatives
  • Ensure that all social/digital messaging carries comprehensible communication which is always on brand
  • Manage all aspects of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement
  • Monitor industry trends and changes in social media tools, applications, channels, design, emerging technologies, and strategy to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry developments
  • Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of digital and social media campaigns through digital tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Managing internal stakeholder requests regarding Social & Digital Messaging Copy & Content
  • Work cross functionally to hack growth across social media platforms
  • Manage the AOR to ensure the output is in alignment with the brand and business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in algorithms and platform policies to ensure compliance and maximize organic reach
  • Work closely with the India & International Business Verticals to drive relevant messaging across all touchpoints
  • Creating and Conceptualizing Content as per finalized strategies for all Social and Digital campaigns and Initiatives
  • Explore and implement opportunities for paid advertising and influencer partnerships to enhance digital and social media efforts
  • Work in collaboration with brand managers, product managers, digital team, other functions to plan and execute product launches from the brand communication front
  • Create content calendars with the AoR for central brand, regions, dealer network


Education

  • Essential - Bachelor’s degree (Full Time) - Advertising, Marketing, Communications
  • Preferred - Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) - - Advertising, Marketing, Communications


Experience

  • 6+ years and above
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, social listening and reporting
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytical tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
