Title: Job Description: General Manager (GM)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (GM) to lead a dedicated team of employees. The GM will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive market capitability, and overall revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding ofrelevant market principles, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives and target market segments. Identify key opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital platforms to optimize marketing performance.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.


4.Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic objectives. Monitor spending and ROI to optimize budget allocation.


5.Performance Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

6.Profitability -Strong focus and stragesing robust top line and bottom line.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Keen Interest to know upcoming market trends in global & domestic scenario and his view points in front of management.
  • Should not mind to travel domestic & international as the case may be.
