Position Title – Director – HR:


ZINFI has a need for an experienced Human Resources Director to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.

An HR Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.


Responsibilities:


• Talent Acquisition: You will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent in the SaaS field. This includes developing and implementing strategies to source, screen, and hire the best candidates for open positions, as well as developing and managing recruitment and onboarding processes that promote a positive candidate experience.


• Performance Management: You will be responsible for implementing performance management strategies that align with the company's goals and values. This includes developing and administering performance reviews, goal setting, and recognition programs that motivate and engage employees, as well as developing and implementing strategies to address performance issues and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.


• Compensation and Benefits: You will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent in the SaaS field. This includes developing and administering salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages that are competitive and align with the company's goals and values.


• Employee Relations: You will be responsible for developing and implementing employee relations strategies that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. This includes developing and administering policies and procedures related to harassment and discrimination, managing conflicts and grievances, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.


• Learning and Development: You will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that promote continuous learning and professional development among employees. This includes identifying training needs, developing training programs and materials, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs.


• HR Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing HR systems and data, and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations. This also includes managing HR budgets and resources and providing strategic guidance and support to other departments and senior executives within the organization.


Requirements & Experience:


• Strong knowledge of SaaS industry: You should have a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, its trends, and challenges. This includes knowledge of industry-specific HR practices, such as hiring and retaining top technical talent, managing remote teams, and staying up to date with the latest HR tools and technologies.


• Strategic thinking: As a HR Director, you should be able to think strategically and develop HR plans and policies that align with the company's goals and vision. You should be able to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and develop actionable insights that can drive organizational change.


• Leadership skills: As a HR Director, you should have strong leadership skills to manage and motivate your team effectively. You should be able to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company's overall strategy and mission and inspire your team to achieve their goals.


• Excellent communication skills: You should be an excellent communicate or, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior executives, managers, and employees.


• Strong interpersonal skills: You should be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners. You should be able to work collaboratively with others, manage conflicts effectively and build consensus around key HR initiatives.


• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations: You should have a strong understanding of HR laws and regulations, including employment law, Labour relations, and workplace safety. You should be able to develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with these regulations and protect the company from legal risks.


• Strong analytical skills: You should be able to analyze data and metrics related to HR, such as employee engagement, turnover, and performance metrics. You should be able to use this data to identify trends and patterns and develop strategies to improve HR outcomes.


• Adaptability: You should be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You should be able to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity and be comfortable with change and experimentation.


• Technical skills: You should have a strong understanding of HR technologies and tools, including HR management systems, applicant tracking systems, and other software and tools used in the SaaS industry.


• Continuous learning: Finally, as a 10-year experienced HR Director, you should be committed to continuous learning and professional development. You should stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in HR and be willing to experiment and try new approaches to improve HR outcomes.


• Recruitment and retention: Strong experience in talent acquisition, including developing recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates, and managing the hiring process, as well as building programs and initiatives to retain top talent.


• Employee engagement and culture: Experience in creating and maintaining a positive and engaging workplace culture, developing programs to promote employee engagement, and implementing feedback mechanisms to improve overall employee satisfaction.


• Performance management: Experience in developing and implementing performance management systems and processes to drive employee productivity and engagement, including setting goals and objectives, providing ongoing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.


Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
