As a System RequirementEngineer (f/m/d) for Battery Energy Storage Systems (incl. battery, batterymanagement system, power conversion system (PCS), and controls), every day isnot the same in your multicultural team. The solution development team islooking for a world class System Requirement Engineer. You will be closelyintegrated with the coordination, execution and analysis of BESS system and derivethe battery system requirements for our products. With our SiemensEnergy-wide collaboration, we combine various sustainable solutions to increaseour customer happiness. You will be expected to challenge and to be challenged,to create and to innovate within our organization. Are you willing to take onthe challenge of developing new battery storage applications? oriented:Moderation, support and organize cross functional teams forrequirements definition, analysis, review and release. Battery System Requirements derivation based on different internationalstandards and customer requirements.Identify and define systems components requirements.Support FMEA and Safety risk assessmentDefine and review specific systems and component test cases incollaboration with our test department.Study the properties of different types of battery systems.We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:Master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering,software engineering or a similar fieldExperience in battery system development for storage applicationbattery systems, modules and subcomponents or power conversion systems (PCS) Profound experience in NFPA and diverse UL and IEC relevantstandards such as NFPA 855, UL 9540, IEC61508, IEC62619 etc.Stationary applications component/system and testing experiences area must.Experience in using requirements engineering tools such as Reqsuite,Doors, PTC Integrity etc.Good communication and presentation skills and a self-organizedway of working in an intercultural environment.Experience with instrumentation, measurement, calibration, andlaboratory testingFluent in English (mandatory); German skills are a plus.
