Position Title: Position Title: Sales Deputy Manager Reports To: Senior Sales Manager Job Summary As a Direct Sales Deputy Manager, the role is supporting and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the direct sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Direct Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, overseeing day-to-day sales operations, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets. This position requires a combination of strong leadership, communication, and sales skills. Key Roles and Responsibilities Team Leadership : Provide leadership and guidance to the direct sales team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture. Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales representatives. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans as needed. Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the Direct Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes. Revenue Generation : Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and evaluate sales performance against set targets and implement corrective actions as necessary. Compliance and Ethics : § Ensure that the direct sales team operates in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Education and Experience § Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing specialization from reputed university. § Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 5 years (luxury sales) in Real Estate Industry. Leadership Competencies and Skills § Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. § Strong leadership and team management skills. § Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. § Analytical and strategic thinking skills. § Knowledge of the industry and market trends. § Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
