Content Manager - Non-Blog Assets

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Copywriter cum Content Manager to create UX copy for

various platforms of our clients which includes app, website, and D2C channels.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of content types, such as UX

screen copy, in-app notifications, push notifications, SMS, emailers, WhatsApp copy, website

components, and more, to engage our target audience and drive business objectives.


This is a contractual and in-office role based out of Thane, Mumbai for 12 months


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for non-blog assets (app, website updation, D2C channel) aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and sales, to create compelling and relevant copy content that supports brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Lead the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to production while ensuring quality and consistency across all assets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify content opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Make sense of the data from the conducted market research and analysis to create copies which are aligned with the data and also is creative enough to drive clicks on the CTAs.
  • A/B test copy content for various channels and formats to maximize reach and impact.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in the finance domain to ensure content relevance and compliance.


The ideal candidate must -

  • 5-7 years of experience in content management, with a focus on non-blog assets, in the finance domain.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and audience segmentation
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
