Hello Folks, Greetings from TrueBlue LLP Please find below Job Description details- Company Name- Trueblue India Position Name- HR Data Analytics Location- Gurgaon Sec 48 Work Mode- Hybrid Experience- 2-5 Years (5 Days working + Both sides cab) Shift Timings- overlap with US shift timing. Summary The HR Data Analyst is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of Oracle HCM Cloud system, including data analysis and reporting, system administration, troubleshooting and escalations. The incumbent understands our business objectives and leverages data and systems to drive analytics and deliver meaningful HR insights. Responsibilities/Duties Expertise in resolving ad-hoc HR reporting inquiries from TrueBlue’s internal members and teams. Monitor and update progress of HR Analytics inquiries in ServiceNow and Asana. Experience in analytical skills toward developing HR metrics, reports, and dashboards in Oracle HCM and Power BI. Oracle HCM catalogs and processes to strengthen data integrity and security and satisfy compliance requirements including SOX controls and global data privacy. Connect with IT and HR teams to support HRIS (Human Resources Information System) including system updates, data integration, and troubleshooting. Design, development, and testing of automated solutions by analyzing business processes and identifying potential automation opportunities. Relationships with different functions to identify business problems related to people data and identify potential solutions by leveraging existing tools. Manage existing data library/catalog, thereby improving data literacy across the organization and becoming the first point of contact for any HR data related queries. Maintain metrics using data from ServiceNow and other ticketing tools, for the HR Analytics Manager to efficiently manage resource allocation/utilization, project management and contingency planning. Support to HR analytics projects as when the opportunity and need arise. Experience 1-3 years of prior experience in Human Resources and HR data, metrics and business processes. Experience of developing complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and analyzing the data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Working knowledge with ticketing, BI and task management tools like ServiceNow, Power BI and Asana. Experience with HCM applications like Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc. Working experience of Talent Acquisition preferred. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in statistical analysis, databases, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI). Identify improvements in processes and enhance existing functionality and methods. Confidentiality and ability to handle and disseminate sensitive data. Knowledge of HR & HCM best practices when creating and delivering solutions. Prioritize and deliver on multiple requests with changing priorities. Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective business relationships with teams across the organization and build consensus. Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and minimal errors in work product. working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and data cleaning. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or relevant field OR High School Diploma with a combination of relevant experience and training.
