Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with clients to understand their Skincare needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Provide detailed information about our skincare treatments, procedures, and products to potential clients.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our skincare product line and stay updated on new developments and industry trends.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into appointments and sales.
  • Collaborate with the skincare team to ensure a seamless client experience from consultation to treatment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  • Participate in promotional events, workshops, and marketing campaigns to attract new clients and promote brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory levels.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for skincare and beauty.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Experience in Beauty industry required
