Location - Pune
Relevant Experience - 2 to 5 years of related experience in International Payroll processing.
Shift Timing - Should be comfortable with 24*7 Rotational.
Notice period - Immediate to 15 Days Joining.
Qualification - Any Min. Graduate / Preferred - Bachelor's in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Pre-Payroll and post payroll activities like preparing reports, Check tracking etc.
- Analyze payroll issues and provide resolutions.
- Responsible for Running off Cycle / on cycle Payroll in workday , validation of error reports and pay calc complete.
- Do research on mismatch and discrepancies related to client data.
- Handling email queries and Escalations.
- Terminations - Deactivating the accounts of Inactive retirees.
- Working on Separations and Final pay of employees.
- working on TDS Reports .
- Process all HR related invoices and submit for payment.
- Produce monthly OT and Leave reports.
- Enter and verify all vacation and flex days.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly vacation metrics .
- Having worked on Canadian payroll is an added advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes .
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with payroll software like ADP & Workday
