Chat Support Executive

We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline .
  • Manage and drive sales team target and performance.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Candidate should have good communication skills and should be comfortable in speaking with customer and replying to customer in English.
  • Candidate should have good typing speed and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in outbound chat process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Should have Computer skills, MS Office.
