Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Support day-to-day operations of cross department functions.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, Dataroom and details management
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Facilitate the resolution of cross department issues to ensure timely and efficient problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR to support workforce planning and employee development initiatives.
• Lead projects to optimize operational processes and increase efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Executive or similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• High level of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of operational management tools and software.
• Familiarity with industry standard IT systems and software.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to think strategically and to lead.
