Accounts Associate - US

Title Accounts Associate - Officer Location Ahmedabad, Gujarat Qualifications & Experience Inter CA / bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho) and MS Office. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Previous experience in US accounting will be preferred. Role Requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. Reconcile bank statements. Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements in a timely manner. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables. Assist in the month-end and year-end financials closing processes. Prepare compliance documents as required. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Assist in process formulation & implementation. Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed. Stay updated on changes in applicable regulations and best practices.
