National Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across the nation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and maximizing sales opportunities. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth. - Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to drive sales initiatives. - Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market. - Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement. - Travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events. Requirements: - Having 10+ years of experience in Clothing or innerwear industry. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably from Clothing or innerwear industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Strategic thinker with a results-driven mind-set. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - You have to travel PAN India. Salary Range- 12 LPA To 18 LPA
