Position: Technical Support Engineer

Experience: 2-4 years

Qualification: BE/MCA/BSC/ Diploma with relevant experience

Location: Mumbai

Travel: Should be prepared to travel within India and abroad

Work profile: 

 

  • Deployment of AI product of AllGoVision Video Analytics, customer interaction, Demo/POC, and Support. Resolution to complex problems. Good troubleshooting and customer management capability.
  • Deploy solution/application at Customer site remotely / at site within stipulated time, get UAT and evaluation report.
  • Troubleshooting of networking, Windows server and Linux OS required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills desirable.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Engineering team.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Exposure Enterprise architecture, Deep learning, Cloud solutions will be preferable
  • Understanding of Video Analytics/ video management products, Security Products, IT enterprise products pre and post sales activities, System architecture knowledge for enterprise software architecture.
  • knowledge in system administration of Linux operating systems and MySQL Database
  • Hands on experience of Video/CCTV Cameras and security products will be preferable
  • Hands on experience of IP Networks, DNS, Load balancers, DHCP, MS office will be preferable
  • Customer facing skills, Resourceful, fast on feet, Customer Management, Getting User acceptance test
  • Proficiency in Technical documentation like Manuals and troubleshooting document
  • Willing to travel in India and abroad
