Job Description

  • Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions by achieving lead generation targets established for the Marketing Division from Offline and Online Sources.
  • To effectively develop and monitor the set budgets for offline and online marketing activities and to ensure that they are not exceeded.
  • In charge of online reputation management, social media planning, search engine optimization management of our website, ERP report analysis, auditing all lead nurturing and management activities and tracking ROI of all marketing activities using the ERP under the direction of the Sales HOD.
  • You are responsible for meeting the quarterly lead generation targets set by management for both online and offline sources by effective delegation to his/her reporting executives. These targets must be met and a constant feedback on the quality of the generated leads must be obtained from the pre-sales and sales teams so as to modify future campaigns according to this data.
  • Need to manage healthy inflow of digital and non-digital leads from various sources such as google adverts, facebook adverts, linkedin, display campaigns, hoardings, newspapers etc.
  • You will be responsible for all the offline campaigns local/entire Maharashtra for all the projects.
  • Responsible for planning and supervising the design and fabrication of project marketing collateral and communication materials such as sales brochures, exhibition collaterals, marketing collaterals, site branding, newspaper adverts, radio commercials, television commercials, sales office branding, brochures, fliers, exhibitions, road shows (domestic and international markets), barter deals collaterals etc.
  • Jointly conduct market researches with the brand team to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
  • He / She will be responsible for handling the Pre-sales team in terms of the customer data, feedback, visits etc

Qualifications


  • Any Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Marketing
  • 8-12 years' experience in marketing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
