What can you expect?

You will be closely working with our product Darwin™, a cloud-based global benefits management and employee engagement software, used by some of the world’s most innovative companies. You will be responsible for Requirements Management for DARWIN Implementation clients. This positon requires having business and client facing experience with an expertise on the delivery of Darwin™ projects. As a Business Analyst you will be working closely with the Health Brokering and Consulting teams to deliver multiple regional client projects. You will need to have solid understanding of benefits and how these are built on Darwin. Understand end-end benefit administration processes including interfacing on Darwin.

  • Create benefit plan design, perform configuration tasks, perform unit testing.
  • Configure and schedule standard provider reports and creates new reports for payroll and all simple-medium-complex tasks as defined in the ‘Darwin Core Skills’ matrix.
  • Perform peer review and offer guidance on Medium/High complexity configuration to other configuration specialists
  • Understands the end to end delivery process
  • Ability to coach team on Domain, DARWIN tool and process understanding.
  • Connect with clients to collect requirements
  • Perform high-level assessment of the functional, technical requirements of the client
  • Perform an Initial Project Feasibility (ROI, Business Case) analysis
  • Understand the project's vision and requirements and contribute to scoping discussions and creation of requirements documents
  • Understand the SOW, scope agreed and SLAs agreed with client – connect with CRM and Sales team
  • Document various client requirements for Darwin i.e. benefits design Specifications, data requirements, payroll and vendor reports requirements, admin requirements, branding & comms requirements and acquire client signoff before system configuration
  • Create work requests by JIRA, test planning, test execution, retest to closure, loading of client data, validation of data, testing, warranty period timelines & criteria for defects
  • Work closely with PM, client & consultants to review & finalize flex scheme design to ensure no gaps with the technology
  • Support employee communications
  • Involve Admin team in requirement reviews
  • Ensure smooth transition to Admin post client live date – provide first payroll support
  • Understand and implement Change management process for any post live changes from client
  • Understand the project budget, agreed scope and estimated effort needed · Understand Project budgeting, SOW terms agreed with client
  • Develop understanding around the Market landscape, insurance providers, competition, MMB presence, future strategy of the country supporting
  • Establish connections with Project manager, Sales and CRMs onshore
  • Understand the project revenue impacted
  • Understand the impact of scope creep
  • End to end understanding of the DARWIN Implementation lifecycle – including Broking, consulting, and Admin Services
  • Enable efficient operations through continuous process improvement ideas · Drive overall DARWIN implementations strategy in the region
  • Lead team of Business Analysts, enabling the team with client communications, escalation management and handling business complexities and other relevant skills
  • Be the key point driver for India Business Analyst role development and establishment as a POC for other MMB countries Organize requirement related meetings and follow-up after meetings: Produces clear actions/minutes from meetings and circulates accordingly Own communication on projects/client assigned: pro-actively inform project stakeholders about status of work
  • Adhere to the project process as laid out in Implementation User Manual
  • Understand and ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements as agreed with the client and business counterparts
  • New topics: be able to perform research of any work-related topics for projects or meetings using internal tools
  • Seeks out opportunities for self to be assigned to different projects to demonstrate and develop new and existing skills
  • Actively attend team trainings: Darwin™ related knowledge session, Technology product updates
  • Prove responsibility for own development: keep objectives tracker updated, ask 360 feedback from colleagues as agreed with line manager, keep Darwin skills tracker updated, identify new areas to develop.

What you need to have:

  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate system requirements documentation
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis & requirements elicitation in client delivery environments
  • Experience as a Project Manager/ Consultant BA
  • Creating & Monitoring Project Plans
  • Experience of working in onshore/offshore model
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Should be able to execute transition plan for new project work
  • Should have the ability to collate and analyze project metrics
  • Ability to manage (delivery, Quality & tracking) multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as exemplified by clear issue explanations, documentation, and effective intra- and inter-group communications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision to meet firm deadlines
  • A strong desire for quality, and an attention to detail
  • Ability to handle projects independently
  • Proven Stakeholder and Vendor management skills, Effective Time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience of Domain is an advantage
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and detail oriented
  • Ability to handle projects independently
  • Ability to communicate with both technical (developers) and non-technical (customers, management) people is useful
  • Ability to take the point of view of the customer
  • Well versed with project management principles and their application.
  • B.Tech / MCA/ B.Sc.(IT) / BCA graduate with minimum 9 years of experience
