Administration analysis and reporting

Our Multichannel-Unit is looking for an offline media analyst to create the basic, medium, and complex reporting for our clients in specified standards.


Responsibilities


  • Task: operational buying of TV advertising time / responsibility for optimal advertising-spot-placement
  • Translate Excel buying approvals from the media planner into our buying-tool MediaWizard (MW)
  • Provide the system with all given parameters like budget, GRP, CpGRP, time-zone-share, channel mix, net-reach or other relevant KPIs.
  • Verification if all given KPIs are reachable with a simulation by the system MW
  • Booking selected ad-breaks via automatic buying at the vendors and transmit all bookings to our data-management tool DAP.
  • Booking-management in DAP: create and manage orders, synchronization bookings with the vendors, apply and maintain discounts.
  • iterative optimization process to check whether existing bookings can be replaced by new ones with better performance/KPI


Requirements


  • Must be able to understand and interpret various data (absolute numbers; Indices; percentages)
  • 4+yrs of experience in offline Buying and experience in Yumi, IRS
  • Proactive and communicative
  • Accuracy
  • Excel skills
  • Analytical understanding
  • English- or German-speaking/-writing
