As a Product Manager specializing in interviews, you will play a pivotal role in gathering insights and obtaining answers to key questions that drive our product development strategy. Responsibilities: 1. Conducting in-depth customer interviews using established methodologies, with a focus on Jobs-to-be-Done framework. 2. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities. 3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations for product improvement. 4. Ensuring quick and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders. 5. Managing project timelines and deliverables related to customer interviews. 6. Utilizing strong analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from interview data. 7. Adhering to project objectives and delivering results within specified timeframes. 8. Providing regular updates and reports on interview progress and findings. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. 2+ years of experience in conducting customer interviews, preferably in a product management or customer development role. 3. Proficiency in Hindi and English; additional languages are a definite plus. 4. Strong understanding of Customer Development methodologies and Jobs-to-be-Done framework. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. 7. Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and synthesize information. 8. Proven track record of effectively managing projects and meeting deadlines.
