Technical Publication team is looking for a Technical reviewer who,

Suggest a new review process to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Implement a smooth technical review process for all technical documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering team to correct product technical data.

Understand the instructions for the product functions and confirm it with PTM

Communicate with technical writers regarding modifications in the documents.

Coordinate technical writer and business stakeholders related to review feedback.

Conducting quality checks, including audits by development teams and other SMEs

To analyze the given technical information from field service and product companies.

Build the logic, apply analytical skills to approve and challenge troubleshooting and maintenance information in the instruction book.

Lead, coordinate, review and take ownership of information provided in the AIB prior confirmation from PTM

Implement a smooth technical review process for all CT instruction books.

To work with cross function engineering team and technical support managers to confirm product change in design.

Experience requirements

3- 5 years and above years of experience related to compressor technique products.

to be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a global team environment.
of audit process.
written and spoken English
with, MS office, MS TEAMS to track review work and collaborate with the technical writers, different product companies.

Knowledge

of products in compressor technology and related industry is an added advantage.
of service/ field requirements/ product troubleshooting

Educational requirements

or Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering.
