Role : Regional Product Manager (CV and Tractor)


Product : CV i.e. Commercial Vehicle and Tractor

Location : Gurgaon (Responsible for handling entire North region)

Experience : 10+ years


Job Role :


Business Development


  • Leveraging partnerships by driving market share across all OEM, Product wise, Segment wise, Dealer wise, State wise
  • Dealer enrollment, Market Share Tracking, Competition Tracking and Market feedback
  • Focussed approach to extend TA to all key dealers OEM wise for SCV and PU business resulting in higher retail conversion – Especially M&M and Maruti
  • Focus on Used business, Participation in exchange melas with OEMs / Dealers, Monthly weekly calendar
  • Monthly activity plan, Special initiatives/ BTL Tie-ups to be worked out with Dealers and other channels
  • Conducting weekly / monthly meetings with Key Focussed dealers for better coordination team building and confidence along with field teams
  • Conducting various training sessions for teams on product, processes, policy and pay-outs and for Dealerships along with Credit for confidence building


Channel Management


  • End to End stakeholder management - (OEMs, Dealers, Marketing teams, Legal, Credit) Empanelment, Training, TAT & Payouts etc.
  • Manpower mapping to channels, Ensuring Productivity of SO/SSO
  • Customized schemes for event / Festival etc
  • Channel / OEM Feedback & Grievances handling


Process & Hygiene Management


  • Analyse & review the existing products and policies to identify gaps and improvement areas ( TAT, Delivery, Process , Training , Documentation ) and to address the right segment and identify new segments to drive the top line
  • Training the team on product knowledge to enable them to pitch the right deals in order to increase productivity of SO/SSO/SM
  • PDD Management - Timely updation of Invoice, Insurance and RC’s
  • Monitoring & Reviewing of TA and RC Limit



Knowledge / Skills


  • Graduate/ Post graduate with experience of working with Bank / NBFC / OEMs
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Good inter-personal skills and experience in stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Decision-making skills
