Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our efforts in marketing all hydro carbon fuels (LPG/NG /other liquid, gaseous fuels) to various segments of industrial customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sourcing of fuels, sales team, achieving sales targets and developing end to end client relationships including revenue management. This role requires a deep understanding of Liquid/Gas Hydro carbon markets as well as strong leadership and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Team Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor their performance.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target new clients in the hydro carbon industry in India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective and existing client organizations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Market Analysis and Planning:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market data to adapt sales strategies and respond to changing market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fuels/alternates, including its applications.
  • Communicate the technical advantages and value of Fuels /alternates to clients effectively.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability and secure long-term partnerships.

Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Create regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions when necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, Technical , Finance ,logistics, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience including revenue management, debt control.

Experience 2 to 8 Years of relevant Experience


Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in Management is a must.

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar role, with a proven track record.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver on revenue goals.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
