Role at a Glance As Brand and Marcom Head at Cyient, you will be at the forefront of driving our brand and communications strategy and initiatives that align with our promise of Designing Tomorrow Together. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute innovative campaigns and programs that elevate our brand, drive demand, and fuel our growth ambitions. Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Key Responsibilities: Visionary Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a differentiated Brand strategy that mirrors Cyient's ambition be preferred partner for accelerating digital, engineering and technologies convergence Integrated Communication: Develop and implement integrated communication strategies that ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels, both digital and offline. Brand Development: Drive the development and evolution of the Cyient brand, ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals and resonates with our target audience. Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing experts, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Foster Collaboration: Collaborate closely across functions to forge strong partnerships and create cohesive plans that amplify our market presence. Compelling Design and Content: Oversee the creation of riveting design and compelling, data-driven content that positions Cyient as a thought leader and engages our target audiences. Experience Excellence: Strategically plan and manage brand experiences across forums and events, ensuring our participation maximizes brand exposure and generates interest Brand Operations: Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation and demonstrating a clear return on investment (ROI). Data-Driven Decisions: Implement robust performance measurement and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborative Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver innovative solutions that propel Cyient's mission.
