You will: Establish and maintain productive working relationships with current and potential sellers in UAE. Achieve successful first-time resolutions on all seller interactions. Ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting sellers/ partners. Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Logistics, or Payments teams as and when required to resolve Seller’s issues and queries. Outbound calling is required for this role. Attributes to succeed in the role Skills experiences and behaviors required Competencies and skills required Must have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic will score you extra points. Being trilingual would be incredible!) Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Keen logical reasoning and ​analytical skills​. Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools. Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy interacting with key stakeholders of the organization on a daily basis. Good interpersonal skills. Great team player. Planning, prioritization and time-management skills. Strong numerical and analytical aptitude. Detail-orientation.
