Sales Manager – Audio and Video Ad Network (Chennai, Hyderabad)

Main Purpose of the Job:

  • Being Part of the Revenue team for the Digital Video, Display and Audio Network-‘M-Ping’.
  • Achieving the desired revenue objectives of the above mediums.
  • Work on data narratives and sales stories.
  • B2B marketing approach.
  • Impact Long term business health
  • Devise/innovate monetizable inventory solutions
  • Work closely with the Sales Heads, National Head, Cross Regional Sales teams, and Cross functional (operations, trafficking, finance) teams for successful activation and implementation of the campaigns.
  • Maintaining strong network with top clients/ agencies and decision makers in the respective region.
  • Maintaining & analysing revenue reports & new activities in the assigned market.
  • Provide ongoing, post campaign insights and key takeaways to clients/agencies to drive repeat business.
  • Proficiency in excel and powerpoint and experience working within CRMs, OMSs, ad servers and other digital media tech systems.

  • Good understanding and work experience of Inventory sales for Digital Platforms / OTT.

  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and digital sales skills.


Experience

  • 5 years’ experience managing Digital Inventory Sales preferably in the audio, video, display domains.
  • Experience/Knowledge in monetising OTT inventories shall be an added advantage.
  • Strong agency & client relationships along with extraordinary customer service.
  • Exposure to categories/verticals like Dotcom/Ecomm, FMCG, Travel & Hospitality, Auto, BFSI, Consumer Durables, Real Estate and Education is preferable.
