EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

• Design and develop advanced generative models, such as GANs and VAEs, for a Generative AI based graffiti digitisation tool that can:
• Detect graffiti from unstructured data (Google Street View images, videos, etc)
• Detect missing parts of spray strokes from old, degraded graffiti paintings.
• Fill in the degraded parts and project the estimated state of the original painting.
• Manage the project lifecycle from research and development to deployment and optimization.
• Stay updated on and contribute to the latest advancements in AI research, applying new findings to ongoing projects.
• Ensure ethical AI development practices, prioritizing fairness, transparency, and privacy.

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or more in IT-related field.
• Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.

Technical Skills:

• Solid experience in developing and implementing generative AI models, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
• Proficient in Python and have experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
• Experienced or capable users of TouchDesigner, a node-based visual programming software developed by Derivative, for real-time interactive multimedia content.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum is a must.

Soft Skills

• A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic and bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to enhance the visual impact of our content.
• Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
