Job Description:
Acquisition:
· Monitor the sales program on managed accounts across all sales channels and identify ways to penetrate new markets.
· Build an effective Sales Pipeline and work on initiatives that reduce the conversion time for clients, improving pipeline efficiency.
· Achieve the assigned KPI and TPV Goals every month and strive to exceed them.
· Create your own support system to increase conversions by onboarding potential affiliates.
· Travel to explore new markets and segments for the company.
Retention:
· Maintain effective cross-team communication to improve operations and enhance the customer experience.
· Understand the business needs of customers and work to fulfil them through our ecosystem, while also delivering a better overall experience.
· Build positive relationships with customers to sustain the business. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
Reporting:
· Share regular team performance updates with the line manager.
· Participate in productive business discussions and contribute ideas for growing the business.
· Share valuable business-related suggestions with the management team for a long-lasting impact.
Other:
· Be innovative and bring new plans for business growth, retention, and brand value.
· Initiate and cultivate these plans within the team, take on long and short-term projects, collaborate with teams, and deliver results.
· Bring on new Affiliate Partners for business and marketing growth, and scale relationships with them.
· Create your own ecosystem of support with a long-term business vision in mind.
· Work with the Marketing Team for the effective execution of planned activities or suggest new efforts and ideas in marketing that boost or empower the sales process.
· Prepare customer feedback and requirement reports to assist the product team in making changes or creating new markets and offerings.
Requirements:
· Master’s degree, from a top-tier college.
· Preferred domains: Ecommerce, Logistics, Fintech, Capital Financing and Banking.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· 3+ years of professional experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders. Must possess a strong customer focus.
· Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation.
