Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates who are working as agents.
Explain the benefits and opportunities of partnering with Viaansh Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd .
Build and maintain a positive and engaging conversation to encourage candidate interest.
POSP Recruitment:
Identify and recruit potential insurance agents through effective communication .
Provide detailed information about Viaansh Insurance Brokers, its products, and the support systems available for POSP/Partners.
Evaluate candidates based on their suitability and commitment to the role.
Upload the details on the portal and create new posp .
Coordinate with POSP:
Facilitate the onboarding POSP for generating new business.
Provide necessary training and support to ensure POSP are well-equipped to represent Viaansh Insurance Brokers addressing any concerns or queries raised by POSP
Maintain Records:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential and existing POSP.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and share insights with the management team.
Technology:
Proficient in using CRM , Microsoft Office Suite
