Work Mode: Onsite - Work from Office

Shift: Night Shifts (9 AM EST- 6 PM EST)

Who you are.


1-2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in US IT domain, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Technical education background is a plus.

Proven experience working on C2C & W2 models. Experience working with Implementation Partners will be an added advantage.

Strong Knowledge of US Work Visas (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens).

Experience with resume database and applicant tracking systems.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end IT Recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Quick learner, problem solver, and adaptable/flexible.

Excellent networking skills, and ability to easily connect and build relationships with others.

Strong team player with a creative and research-oriented mindset.
