Java Lead

We are looking to hire a seasoned Java Lead for Gurgaon location, Ideal candidate will have minimum 8+ years of experience POSITION: Java Technical Lead EXPERIENCE (IN YEARS):8+ Yrs ROLE TYPE: Full time LOCATION: Gurgaon WHAT YOU WILL DO: YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE: Role: Java Technical Lead Job Summary: As part of state-of-the-art Product Development, you will work with the Project Managers, Business Analysts, UX designers to develop code based on the business requirements/user-cases created. Integration with other development modules is a must. You are expected to understand and adhere to the SDLC (Analysis, Design, Code development, Unit Testing, Quality Assurance Testing support, etc.) process. Expected to lead a team of 3-5 developers and represent the full stack development team in front of the Management. Required Skillset: Developing and Enhancing Java based Software with Java16 as backend. Need 6 to 10 years of experience in IT as a Java Backend Lead. Development using Agile Methodology - Delivery in short, business focused sprints. Develop and deliver working product in each sprint per sprint scope. Continues collaboration with business for requirement grooming, design review, demos and for post deployment reviews. At least 3 - 4 years of experience of development of software product using Agile Methodology is preferred. Using Jira tool for requirement gathering and issues tracking. To understand and analyse user requirements and develop technical requirements, design and unit test scenarios. Cross Code reviews, Complete Unit testing and setup unit test cases for automated regression test. Code merging and deployment using CI-CD pipelines following Dev-Ops methodology. Understand and analyse the technical specifications and suggest code optimization ideas. Support Testing and Production post deployment by tracking, investigating and fixing open tickets/ incidents. Follow organizational processes by submitting leaves, timesheets on time, complete mandatory trainings etc on time. Flexible to work in shifts to have overlap with onsite teams and business. Backend: Core java 17, Springboot UI: JS, CSS, HTML5, Angular 16+ Good to have Skills: ELK stack, PostgreSQL, experience in designing screens, DevOps, experience of e-commerce domain Non-Technical Skillset: Good communication skills and analytical abilities required.
