Job Brief:  We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to make our clients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant tour of the company. Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional guest service experiences.  Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction continuously to Team Leaders.   Roles & Responsibilities:   1.      Guest Relations Executive responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrive, coordinating their tour and informing them about the project amenities and facilities. 2.      Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication, with the ability to decimate information in an accurate manner. 3.      Handling & administering various operations smoothly within the organization. 4.      Provide upscale guest experiences for clients. 5.      Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival. 6.      Monitoring daily updates from Sales Team and Pre Sales Team and ensuring Client Slots are assigned. 7.      Coordinate Inventory (Pantry and Brochures) 8.      Give accurate feedback to Sales Officer post Sample unit visit. 9.      Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized attention. 10.   Coordinate and manage communication between guests and Team and follow up to ensure all aspects are covered. 11.   Comply with all standards and operating procedures. 12.   Analyse customer feedback from guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings Requirements Client Relationship Building:   Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicates the same effectively to prospects. In collaboration with the Team Lead, meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite status Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution   Industry Awareness: Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key trends and market dynamics Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.   Team Collaboration: Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated account.
