Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent preferred.
  • Other degrees and disciplines will be considered with relevant work experience.
  • NetSuite certifications preferred.
  • 8+ years in consulting services delivery (technology related) and client relationship management.
  • 5+ years in team management related role with heavy emphasis on leadership, business development, coaching/mentoring and career path development.
  • In depth knowledge of NetSuite functional modules, capabilities and limitations. Familiar with corresponding ISV products and ecosystem.
  • Experience and familiarity with PSA tools and functionality related to project and team/resource setup, budget/financial analysis, reporting and status documentation.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and negotiating skill set. Excellent communication, follow-up skills.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Productivity Suite including Visio, Project and PowerPoint.


Job Description:

Citrin Cooperman is looking for a highly effective NetSuite Practice Manager to join our dynamic and dedicated team. In this role, you will utilize your experience to improve its profitability in technology implementations while improving the efficiency of our client’s business applications. This role works extensively with internal teams, clients, and vendors throughout various projects, providing subject matter expertise, hands-on implementation guidance and project management leadership. To succeed in this position, you will need to provide exceptional service to practice team members and clients, while meeting target utilization and profitability goals for the NetSuite practice.


Duties and Responsibilities


Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the offshore team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing offshore staff.
  • Set clear objectives, expectations, and performance metrics for the offshore team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


Offshore Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the offshore center, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and workflow management.
  • Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of deliverables.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in offshore operations to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.


Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination between the offshore center and the US team.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, calls, and other forms of communication to promote collaboration, share updates, and address issues or concerns.
  • Work closely with US stakeholders to understand their requirements, priorities, and expectations, and ensure that offshore operations are aligned accordingly.


Performance Management and Reporting:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to India operations and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and assessments of offshore team members, providing feedback and coaching to support their professional development.
