Overview:


Join our Talent Acquisition team in our Hyderabad office as we are currently hiring recruiters. We are specifically looking for individuals who are available to start immediately. This position requires a strong grasp of the recruitment process, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The recruiters will work closely with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their distinct requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies

Key Responsibilities:


1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job postings, and identify the most effective recruitment channels.

2. Utilize various recruitment platforms, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract qualified candidates.

3. Evaluate candidate applications, resumes, and other materials, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.

4. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

5. Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

7. Work with the onboarding team to ensure new hires receive a seamless and comprehensive orientation and onboarding experience.

8. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and share insights with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualification:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.

* Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment data.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
