We're looking for a Associate Manager, Financial Planning & AnalysisThis role is Office Based Associate Manager FP&A – IndiaAs an Associate Manager FP&A, you will be FP&A partner for India leadership team. This role requires Financial planning and Analysis support for India business of Cornerstone. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of B2B SaaS business. You will develop and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making including revenue, ARR, and billings forecasting and contribution margin analysis for India region.In this role you will…Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making, with a focus on accurate and insightful revenue forecastsWork closely with sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectivesProviding Sales FP&A support in below areas -Monthly Budget vs Actual variance analysisHeadcount cost and changesAnalysis of Travel & Entertainment spendAnalysis of Marketing spendReporting India region Profitability statement/ Contribution MarginAdhoc analysisRev Ops support –Reporting CARRIncremental ARRChurn analysisRenewal rateWaterfall analysisQuarterly business report Other functional supportAnalysis of Facilities spend by location Actual vs budgetAnalysis of Employee engagement spend Actuals vs budgetYou have what it takes if you have….Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent in relevant experiencePreferably Certified accountant (Chartered Accountant or CPA)At least 5-7 years of combined experience in FP&A / Accounting/finance function.Experience in SaaS, software, or technology industries preferredHigh level proficiency in Excel.Experience with financial modelling and forecasting tools.High attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ready to work in EMEA Shifts#LI-Onsite
