Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Lead to join our team. As the

Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of

residential interior design projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team

of Project Managers and Site Supervisors, ensuring project timelines are met, and

guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

● Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors.

● Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and

professional growth.

Project Management:

● Oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior design projects.

● Collaborate with the design team, warehouse, sourcing, and production teams to

ensure seamless project flow.

● Conduct regular project reviews to identify and address any issues or delays.

Coordination and Communication:

● Foster effective communication and collaboration between different teams involved in

the project life cycle.

● Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments to streamline

processes and resolve issues promptly.

Timely Delivery:


● Develop and implement strategies to achieve on-time project handovers.

● Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain

project timelines.

Quality Assurance:

● Ensure adherence to quality standards in project execution.

● Implement quality control measures to deliver impeccable design solutions to our

clients.

Customer Experience:

● Prioritize and enhance the overall customer experience throughout the project life

cycle.

● Address customer concerns promptly and implement improvements based on

feedback.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

● Proven experience in project management, preferably in the residential interior

design or construction industry.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Knowledge of interior design processes and materials is a plus.
