We provide comprehensive verification services from Aadhaar and driving license verification to PAN verification, face verification, crime checks, and even drug tests.

We are looking for a highly skilled HR and CRM Specialist with a minimum of one years of experience in human resources management and customer relationship management (CRM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions while also implementing and optimizing our CRM system to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Manage the CRM system, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify CRM needs and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Train employees on CRM best practices and ensure proper utilization of the system.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and CRM to continuously improve processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in human resources management, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proven experience managing a CRM system, with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
