HR Solutions Center Supervisor [T500-**]

The Supervisor, HR Solutions Center supports and leads the HR Solutions Center (HRSC) team. They hold the team accountable for producing high quality work that meets set service level agreements, business initiatives and compliance requirements. The role supervises the team in completing HR related processes accurately and timely according to established policies and procedures, while applying continuous improvement and elevating the team member experience year over year.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise transactional HR processes.
• Provide support for all HR functions.
• Mentor and provide leadership to team members.
• Maintain best practices and implement new procedures as needed.
• Ensure the team is leveraging and supporting the development of new tools and technology.
• Assist with the implementation of new HR systems.
• Instill a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Review and approve escalated concerns and support solutions.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum five years of shared services experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of management or supervisory experience

Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities:

• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
