Job Title: International Sales Executive - Voice Process

Working Days: 6Days

Shift Time: 9PM to 6AM


Job Summary:

As an International Sales Executive specializing in the voice process, you will be responsible for initiating and managing sales conversations with potential clients across global markets. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals through effective verbal communication. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to adapt to various cultural contexts.


Responsibilities:


Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Client Engagement: Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the specific needs and interests of each prospect.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized attention.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals that align with both the client's requirements and the company's objectives.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM software or other tools.

Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding market trends, client preferences, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in an international or B2B environment.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
