Job Specific Knowledge:§Single point of contact for all Data, Data Science and Analytics requirements§As the face to the business, own the demand fulfillment facing towards the business – drawing on the delivery teams within D&AI§Working knowledge of key Digital Solutions in the space of Cloud, Web Portals, Workflows, Automations, Visualizations, Analytics & Experience in Agile Methodology & Agile Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps Boards)§Lead stakeholder engagement including communications, briefing sessions, workshops, managing scrum ceremonies, coordination, and documentation with Worley business teams§Evaluate information to reconcile conflicts and deconstruct high-level information into detailed requirements. Analyze detailed requirements to identify true business needs§Assist in system evaluations, pilots, Proof of Concepts (PoC), designing Minimum Viable Products (MVP) and external vendor comparisons in accordance with system functional requirements §Must be comfortable with UX wireframing, prototyping using Adobe XD, Figma, etc., leading workshops using Mural boards, and process mapping using MS-Visio or similar tools Skills:§A strong and demonstrated interest in product management and business analysis space§Experience in designing wireframes, UX flows, customer journey maps, conducting usability testing, interpreting feedback, and incorporating it into future iterations§Leadership qualities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor team members§Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently§Experience in the facilitation of design workshops with a variety of stakeholders§Knowledge in designing a user experience for responsive website/ mobile/ tablet§Experience in driving solution delivery utilizing multiple teams§Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:§Bachelors/Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience; MBA degree/ Certification in business analysis (CBAP, ITIL, CSPO) will be preferred Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
