Designation: Hospitality Manager /Event Manager / Workplace Manager/ Hospitality Specialist


Location ; Patiala, Punjab


Description;

-Assists with planning and execution of on-site and off-site (common area) meetings and events Manages daily email inbox for all internal and external events.

-Timely & and professional communication with internal and external clients Maintains a working relationship with vendors.

-Has a strong knowledge of conference spaces and vendor offerings while taking clients on tours of space possibilities.

-Assists client as necessary with plans for events including audio-visual, table setups, music, catering, décor, security needs, etc Requests and reviews invoices in a timely manner;

-Creates work orders as needed for event requirements; Provides chargeback details to clients for costs incurred.

-Plans services for events such as building access for guests, special needs requirements, and event security.

-Liaises with various departments including housekeeping, facilities, porters, catering, security, and audio-visual to ensure event details are properly planned and executed.

-Provides backup coverage for concierges as needed including responding to booking questions and assisting clients with requests.

-Assists with reserving space for out-of-town leadership and last-minute requests.

-Provides complete service call and system backup support in the absence of a reservation system administrator.

-Participates in bi-weekly calls to ensure support capability and provides quarterly active backup support.

-Performs other duties as assigned.

-Space management and usage of internal applications for managing the seat requirement of the employees.

-Collation of space-related data from various segments.

-Suggesting new lab area requirements for BU segments Downloading, collating, and sharing daily reports related to Space Management.

-Keeping the management informed of any new developments, regarding space requests from segment heads.
