We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Independent Contractor from India for the role of Business Development Manager to contribute to our company’s expansion in India. We’re currently searching for an experienced business development manager with experience in Forex and Indian market who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart. Responsibilities: Ability to develop a sales team from scratch and implement sales policies and strategies. Train sales professionals and help improve their skills Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines Maintain positive professional relationships with clients Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services if needed. Propose and implement different sales tactics for reaching best results. Solve any assigned tasks from Key Account Manager regarding sales. Acting according to company code of ethics. Ensuring monthly sales targets are met. Qualifications: Experience in the forex industry (Mandatory) and (Fintech is an added advantage) Experience dealing with India Market (Mandatory) At least 2 - 3 years experience as a Business Development Manager or Head of Sales (Mandatory) Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field and managing sales team Required language(s): English, Hindi (Tamil and/or Urdu will be considered as an advantage) Bachelor’s Degree in business or finance. Candidate must be willing to relocate to Dubai (U.A.E) if required Proven record of sales growth and building a team from scratch Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques Sharp negotiation and networking skills Clear verbal and written communication skills Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential Organisational skills and problem-solving skills Experience in high performance sales. Experience with meeting KPI’s, following the processes, etc. Keeping a positive attitude at all times. Ability to multitask and having a very high responsibility level. Ability to think outside the box. Being proactive and taking the initiative towards assigned or unassigned tasks.
