This integrated approach marketing helps our clients business ranking higher, generate more sales by advertising on popular platformsQualificationsPublicis Commerce is looking to hire an Associate Director to lead and drive account management and P&L for some of its leading clients operating within the Grocery, FMCG, OTC, Consumer Electronics, Retail and Luxury space. Essentially the focus will be around solving our client’s eCommerce business challenges through well planned and effective strategies, improving conversion and digital experience of our client’s brands on eCommerce marketplaces, e-retailer websites, and client’s own direct to consumer websites to enhance their search ability and drive through to conversion. The mission is to be relevant, discoverable and drive efficiencies right down to the point of purchase. The Responsibilities Include: Provide Account Business Leadership –  Build a successful client specific e-commerce strategy  Demonstrate thought leadership by developing and presenting client industry/market research findings, eCommerce search trends, eCommerce growth areas, new models to consider and relevant commerce case studies  Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the client engagement.  Handling P&L activities and mentoring the team.  Be the thought leader and solution expert for eCommerce. Deliver on eCommerce Scope of Work –  Define strategy and drive business growth of clients across 5-6 product categories including Fashion, Food, Sports, Home Decor, and Appliances etc.  Drive cataloguing, merchandising, product assortment and brand store improvements  Coordinate with clients on product pricing, inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, promotional strategies and actionable insights from weekly competition analysis. P&L responsibility with ownership to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins etc.).  Collaborate with the marketing team to define client-specific strategies and prioritize campaigns across various marketing channels (SEM, e-mailer, affiliate etc.)  Create, manage and optimize client's product listing across marketplaces and DTC  Coordinate marketing including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization and content creation.  P&L responsibility for growing the client's business.  Build processes, business reporting, calendars to communicate merchandising & promotional plans  With the direct or indirect team, ensure all deliverables within the eCommerce SOW (marketplaces, e retailer websites and DTC) agreed with the client are completed.  Identify product, service or issues, and resolve them accordingly.  Develop a yearly plan and accelerate strategy for growing the eCommerce business  Ensure and build on the SOW which includes working with counterparts across the business (both internal and external stakeholders).  Work with other teams to upskill and productize offering. Deliverables include but are not limited to:  Develop go to market strategy from client perspective.  Develop all business planning frameworks and define rules of engagement with marketplaces
