- Perform detailed analysis of different design methodologies for converters like LLC, DCDC, Buck-Boost, Flyback for On Board Chargers(OBC) and DCDC converters
- Worked on different hard/soft switching control methodologies of Power semiconductor devices like MOSFET (Si, SiC, GaN) and IGBT
- Design control loops for OBC and DCDC including sensor acquisition and PWM pattern generation
- Develop state machines and diagnostics for OBC and DCDC converter
- Collect requirements from respective stakeholders and convert them into deliverables
- Using the technical/domain expertise guide a Model based Development (MBD) team to design the control of DC-DC converters
- Conceptual design and prototypical implementation of new ideas in OBC and DC-DC Converters (Quality,Cost and Delay constraints should be taken into account)
- Experienced in Functional Safety Software Development up to ASIL-D according to ISO26262-6:2018
- Process compliant implementation and verification of functionalities including creation of relevant process artifacts like detail design, unit test report and traceability.
