Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Design and configure all functionalities in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Configure different areas of payroll including but not limited to basic pay, wage types, deductions and taxes, FMLA etc.
• and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors’ Payroll configuration options
• Business Processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
• in weekly customer project team meetings, maintaining “action items” lists.
• and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs.
• implementation projects within the time allotted, with high levels of customer success from the business process, and with high levels of customer delight.
• closely with other module consultants to ensure seamless integrations.
• and utilize methods for gathering and estimating requirements, documenting code, maintaining revisions, testing, and developing quality assurance practices.
• edit and validate technical requirements document.
• project teams in meeting deadlines, resolving concerns and providing updates.

Qualifications

Required

• – 8 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP EC Payroll
• have completed at least 2 to 3 End- End Implementations in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Analytical, problem solving and consulting skills.
• experience as SAP HR Functional consultant implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SF Employee Central Full Lifecycle implementations including Analysis, Conceptual Design, Blue Printing, Fit / Gap Analysis and detailed realization for the project.
• in preparation and documentation of functional business process procedures for end-users.
• skills include face-to-face client interaction, HR functionalities, global implementations, unit & integration testing, UAT / regression testing.
• oral and written communication skills.

Preferred

• SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll certification.
• Working knowledge in any one or two payroll, US payroll, Middle east, PH, AU, NZ pay rolls
• Experience in Implementation and support projects.

Education

• Masters or bachelor’s degree required in computer science, information systems, education or in a related field or its equivalent.
